the Gnostic Centre inaugurated its integral health centre, Alchemy, with
the following facilities:
• Gym
• Yoga Studio
• Steam Bath
• Health Food Café
The most unique feature of
Alchemy is its team - people from diverse
backgrounds who have
taken up this work because they are passionate about it - not simply as
a means of living. Therefore, when you avail of any facility at Alchemy,
you interact with educated & dedicated people there for a cause.
All efforts are made to preserve
and nurture the peace and tranquility that are present in the Centre’s

GYM
Tues-Sun: 6.30am to 12.30pm; 4pm to 8pm
Alchemy Gym is a very special
environment, created with an eye on fitness as well as inner health.
Equipped with some of the latest equipment for Cardio-vascular and
Strength training, it is open on all sides to nature. As you exercise,
you can view the trees, the horses in the adjoining paddock, and at
times, the peacocks too!
The Fitness
Instructor, Durjee, will help you work out an individual
exercise programme based on your physical condition and individual
needs.
You can sign up for a
quarterly / half-yearly / annual membership. Couple
memberships (for husband-wife) come with a discount.

prevent knee-jerks, the Yoga & Exercise Studio offers various fitness

Workshops on Health
Realising the intimate
connection between inner and outer well-being, at Alchemy we provide
facilities for establishing health in the physical as well as the
psychological being. Towards this end we offer workshops in meditation,
art of healthy living, de-stressing, to enable a deeper exploration into
the inner dimensions of health.

Tues-Sun: 8.00am to 2.00pm; 4pm to 6.30pm
Enjoy a healthy snack at
our Café in a unique setting, overlooking the horse farm. You can also
order take-aways.
