Workshops (3hrs. to 3 full days)
The Centre began with 3-hour to 2-day programmes in the form of
Workshops.
Over the years the Centre has conducted innumerable workshops on varied
themes, with age groups ranging from 4 years to senior citizens, group
profile varying from students to professionals, parents, corporate sector,
government officials, educators, diplomats. The group size too has ranged
from 12 persons to 60 persons. However, in general, a small group of 15-25
persons is preferred to retain individual focus and interactive and
participatory mode.
The central thread running through the Workshops is Growth of Consciousness
and therefore, the Workshops emphasise reflection and experiential
activities, as well as practical tools for application in daily life. Each
workshop aims at initiating an actual shift in the participant's perspective
and practice.
