out a journal focused on self-development, called 'The Awakening Ray'
(since 1997).
Each issue focuses on a new theme relevant for application
of Integral Yoga concepts in one's daily life and work.
Over the years The Awakening Ray
has established itself as a quality journal of practical value for those who
wish to engage in personal and collective change.
